Welcome to MonkeyIT! I am a MD Mark Lowe with over 20 years of experience in Service Management, Product and Project Management. My technical, analytical, commercial, and consumer-focused approach allows me to build products and services from initial idea to delivery to the market. I also excel at defining and developing new ideas based on a wide range of market insights, market research, and frequent communication with key stakeholders and customers.

I possess key skills in ITIL v4, Agile (SCRUM), Waterfall, and PRINCE2. I am adept at conducting workshops, one-to-one interviews, activity monitoring, and document analysis. Additionally, I am experienced in delivering gate deliverables, roadmaps, feature specifications, business plans, and scope.

My expertise extends to Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Demand Management, and Supplier Engagement. I am proficient in using Service Now, JIRA, Splunk, and MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project, OneNote, Power BI). I also have experience in Enterprise Architect, coaching, and mentoring.

Currently, I work from my Hully Pod as a Senior Service Manager, leading one of the critical systems accountable for daily delivery and incident management. I also coordinate functions covering Incident, Problem, and Change management. My role involves designing service strategies that effectively target user needs and those of the business. I identify necessary changes and orchestrate the delivery of those changes through the utilization of resources across the entire organization, continually seeking to improve the service delivered to customers and stakeholders.

In my previous role as an IT & Clinical Systems Manager, I played a pivotal role in driving the charity towards its goal of growth, implementing and securing new regional developments and partnerships across the health sector to enhance the care the charity could offer its patients. I also revolutionized the IT systems to support and drive strategic growth and development within the charity.

As a Senior Digital Project Manager, I led end-to-end delivery of digital projects for the National Health Service (NHS). My duties included managing project finances, risk, and quality, and ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. I also provided leadership to multi-disciplinary project teams, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
